At some point a business outgrows the spreadsheet. Orders get missed, stock counts stop matching reality, and somebody spends their evenings reconciling numbers that should have reconciled themselves.

That is what this is: the internal software that runs the operation. Inventory, orders, billing, reporting, and the small unglamorous screens that save somebody an hour a day.

We build around how you already work

The failure mode in this work is a system that is technically correct and operationally useless, because it was designed from a diagram rather than from a day on the floor. We start with the day on the floor.

We run our own

Kena Foods runs on a system we built. That means we have been on the receiving end of our own decisions — the report that was missing at month end, the screen that needed one fewer tap. It is a materially different experience from shipping and leaving.

Support is part of it

Internal systems live for years and change constantly, because the business changes. Pricing for this work assumes that, rather than pretending a handover is the end.
